Standard terms of trade

Applicable to large aircraft charter:

All offers are given subject to aircraft and crew availability as well as to changes in fuel costs, currency changes, traffic rights and slot approval. The Air Charter Agreement, as well as the fulfilment of same, is a matter solely between the charterer and the carrier, as Air Broker Center is acting as agent only.

Payment Cancellation:	10% deposit due upon confirmation of booking. Final settlement payable 30 days prior to departure. 10% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 30 days prior to departure. 25% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 14 days prior to departure. 50% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 7 days prior to departure. 100% of the charterprice if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to departure. Cancellation shall always be made in writing.

Cancellation terms in accordance with the regulations stipulated above, until an Air Charter Agreement has been duly signed by both parties. When the Air Charter Agreement has been signed by both parties, the regulations stipulated in the Air Charter Agreement will apply.

Applicable to business aircraft charter:

Payment Cancellation:	Full payment 10 days prior to departure. 10% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 10 days prior to departure. 25% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 3 days prior to departure. 50% of the charterprice if cancellation is made not later than 24 hours prior to departure. 100% of the charterprice if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation shall always be made in writing.
